Favourite type of job? On the road: Anything that required a large and challenging set-up to get the adrenaline pumping! Motorway works, contra-flows on main arterials, large cable hauls, etc.
To draw: As above, I visualise myself on the road setting up the jobs I plan for. So anything large and challenging!
Story from the road: Many moons ago- Working night shift on the Great Western Highway at Eastern Creek 2 of 3 lanes taken out for an RMS job. A carload of teenagers sped past at just a touch over 40 Roadwork. Next thing I knew, a glass V bottle came flying out of the car and hit me fair square on the hard hat. It then bounced onto the road and did not break. It was sealed. It was a blue V. I drank it. I was happy. PS: PPE is important!
Favourite location you have worked? On many a LAHA job in Armidale, Glen Innes and Holbrook.
What are you doing when not at work? Spending time with my wife-to-be and 2 children, my friends and family, playing cricket, or wishing I was fishing.

Favorite type of job? On the road: Away jobs!! Traveling as part of an Asphalt or Spray Seal crew was some of the best jobs I had done on the road.
To draw: I am still learning to draw, so for now I would say something simple and easy!
Story from the road: It was an extremely hot day in Western Sydney, 40+ degrees on an asphalting job, and we were in a suburb that didn’t have the best reputation in Sydney. All day myself and my crew was copping it from the locals, abuse, things being thrown at us, the whole lot. We were all over it and looking forward to heading home. Then, in the mid-afternoon a hero emerged.
A teenager, he would have been about 16ish, rode his bike through site with these shopping bags filled with ice-cold Powerade’s and was just handing them out to all of us. He started at one end of site and by the time he reached the other end he was met with cheers and shouts of thanks. It turned our day around and showed us that not all hero’s wear capes, some of them have bags of Powerade.
Favourite location you have worked? Callala Bay down in the NSW South Coast for an away job doing Asphalt. It was mid-summer so the days were hot and long, but at the end of each day we would all hit the beach before heading back to our hotel. Nothing kept us going like the thought of those waves after work.
What are you doing when not at work? You will find me either in the kitchen cooking up an absolute storm or exploring around our home in the Blue Mountains with my husband and our two dogs.
What’s your TV binge go-to? Either Star Trek, The Office (US), Parks & Rec, Ru Pauls Drag Race, Police Ten 7, or Binging with Babish (YouTube).

What do you like most about being on the team? I enjoy working with Titanium Traffic Plans because of the welcoming culture Greg and Ellie have. This company strives off of fun and supportive environment making it easy to fit right in. Due to their requests, this role is challenging and diverse which allows me to thrive in my creativity.
Favourite type of job? On the Road: Anything near the coast! I love a good venture out to coastal and regional areas that has that serenity feel.
To draw: Anything intricate and challenging. Crane lifts and Sydney Metro Plans are my favourite due to the detail that is involved in the creative journey.
Story from the road: It was my first shift ever with my mother! My mother was training me on all things traffic control. It was an asphalt job and it was a large one. It was a really hot day and the type of work made it no easier. We were functioning a stop slow when I was attacked by a bee with a full line of cars. Being allergic to bees, my survival instincts came to play and I started to swing the bat like it was a tennis racket. Eventually, the bee decided to leave me alone but the whole line of cars were looking at me as if I just lost my mind and was swinging the bat for the fun of it. Not to mention the crew laughing at me from afar! From that day on every time we worked with that crew they gave me a nickname of Novak because of how I was swinging that bat. Safe to say it was a hilarious introduction to the industry.
Favourite location you have worked? My favourite location was in Lower Portland surrounded by large trees and mountains. Something about the air quality just made it enjoyable and calming not to mention the amazing residents.
What are you doing when not at work? I spend my time surrounded by either family or friends. I enjoy downtime and exploring. I part take in community environments and spend time designing fashion every chance I get.
What’s your TV binge go-to? I don’t spend much time watching TV as I’m more of a reader! But if I were to choose a few it would be Ru Paul’s Drag Race, anything with David Attenborough, and Real Estate shows.

What do you like most about being on the team? The team is quite close-knit and almost like a family which is the best type of work environment, in my opinion. The dedication I have seen and how much pride the staff take in their work is truly admirable and makes me proud to join the team and be a part of the many great things Titanium Traffic Plans will accomplish.
Favorite type of job? I enjoy a challenge! I also really enjoy building a relationship with clients and being able to provide that high-level, personal customer service experience that you often don’t get in large corporations. While my role here may be different from the rest and I’m not out on the road amongst the action, I love my work and numbers have always been something I am good at!
Favorite type of client to work with? All clients! Experience and knowledge come from diversity.
What are you doing when not at work? Spending time with friends and family! I often visit the central west on weekends to see my two adorable little nephews and I love road trips!
